Features
This machine runs full-automatically and continuously with high speed. By only one set of forming rolls, the forming line can produce various sizes of Stud and Runner just through simply and easily moving and changing the spacers.
This machine also can be designed with line punching. Adopting AC servo motor with inverter, the line's production speed is 60 meter per minute, and the speed is adjustable freely. After roll forming, automatic punching and cutting in line continues. Fixed-length to cut is by customer, and length tolerance is within ±1mm. Automatic products piling table is special designed in order to accomplish high-speed production capacity and reduce the production cost, create more profit for the customers.
